What is 9 plus six? *

After you fill in this form, you will be contracted. Booth fees are $300 for an aisle, $325 for a corner, plus $35 for electric, payable after acceptance, on our website or by check.

If this is your first time applying to the festival, there is a $25 non-refundable application fee, which may be paid by check, or credit card by clicking on this button.

The application fee is waived for returning exhibitors.

Once you submit this application you must also send four images of your work and one image of your booth display by mail to the address below or electronically to annapolisshows@annapolisartscraftswinefestival.net .

You must submit four images of your work and one image of your booth (with work displayed) along with your application to the Festival. These may be sent as digital images over the internet, on a CD or as slides.

Please label your images with your name and in the case of slides and CDs, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want your images returned to you.
